No. You pay once per report, by card through Stripe. There’s no account to set up.
Are there any other charges?
No. You pay $29 NZD once, by card. No account, subscription or extra fees.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not happy with your report, email hello@housereport.co.nz within 14 days for a full refund.
How do I get the report?
We email it as a PDF within 24 hours, usually sooner. A person checks every report before it’s sent.
Do you offer reports for mortgage advisers or agents?
Yes, get in touch at hello@housereport.co.nz about bulk or branded reports.
